What does your role entail?

What does a typical day look like for you?

My day varies as I work with lots of different stakeholders across the business. I work closely with the business and policy teams to refine and prioritise the roadmaps and with the development teams to execute those roadmaps.

What sort of clients have you worked with?

I’ve worked with various clients from start-ups to multi-national corporations (including Dell, TCS and Alcatel-Lucent) driving growth and profitability through business development initiatives.

What’s the best bit about your job?

The best bit about my job is being part of the innovation that’s driven by UCD (user centric design). Also, bringing different products together to elevate the outcomes, and seeing how that helps organisations to achieve their business objectives.

Mercator is a great place to work because of the vibrant culture. They support inclusivity, diversity, flexibility and offer limitless opportunities.
